Refuse to be assimilated !
Well... this is the start of a beginning which I'm sure will lead to an indefinite continuance. Ah, okra... my favorite pod. But the big pods - yes, we are paying homage to that classic movie and the plethora of remakes. We're talking about falling asleep and being assimilated - though not by aliens but rather, by something more insidious - Faux News, for example. But politics isn't all we'll be sputtering about. We'll have essays on nature and metaphysics; music, art, drama & film; love, life & death; tech & tips & even some 9-ball. There's really no limit to what we intend to cover in vague swaths of reasoned blurbage. So stay tuned!
